Andrew Rytwinski, Proprietor and VQA Wine Specialist

With an extensive history in Chemistry and Laser Physics, Andrew traded the lab for the cellar 6 Years ago to pursue a a career in winemaking. Having studied under great local talents such as Shiraz Mottiar, Barclay Robinson, and Sebastien Jacquey, his vast knowledge makes him a perfect partner for this venture. Andrew is known to put on some pretty exceptional tastings of his own, and is excited to source and serve some incredible Canadian wines - the unique small batches that the winemakers are most proud of.

Devon Masciangelo, Proprietor and Sommelier

A sommelier by trade, Devon acquired her diploma from the International Sommelier Guild in 2010. She has dreamt of opening a wine bar for many years, so when the chance finally came with the perfect location in Bronte Harbour, she jumped at the opportunity to put her plan in motion. Devon looks forward to giving you an educational and authentic experience, a passion that comes second only to visiting the great wine regions themselves.
